Building on last year’s success, the Group set up the second edition of the Formathon, a seminar dedicated to the creation of in-house trainings made by our teams for our teams.
Over the week, a dozen clinical pathologists and laboratory technicians from our teams developed no less than 14 medical training courses. These courses will be added to our e-learning training catalogue and will allow our field employees to train throughout the year.
