François Roger joined Cerba HealthCare in 2025.

François has held leadership positions in human resources for over 20 years in international companies, including SC Johnson, Novartis, General Electric Healthcare, and BIC. He joined Renault in 2018, where he served as Group Chief Human Resources Officer.

François is a graduate of EM Lyon Business School, with a specialization in finance and human resources.
