Issy-les-Moulineaux (France) – 1 July 2026. Cerba HealthCare announces the appointment of Giuseppe Vailati Venturi as CEO of Cerba HealthCare Italia. He will officially take up his position on 13 July. His arrival marks an important milestone for our activities in Italy, with the ambition to pursue its development as a national leader accelerating growth through new sites openings, continued push on new offers for patients and business partners and reinforced patient preference, also further improving operational performance.

Giuseppe Vailati Venturi brings extensive experience in the healthcare sector in Italy. He was previously CEO of KOS, a leading operator of healthcare and social care facilities in Italy, also present in Germany. He held several senior management roles, particularly in finance, development and general management, before becoming CEO in 2009. He holds a degree in business economics from Bocconi University in Milan and an MBA from INSEAD. He has also worked at Bain & Company and within CIR, the holding company owning KOS, where he held corporate development responsibilities.

On his arrival, Giuseppe Vailati Venturi will be responsible for leading the next cycle of development of the business, working closely with the Italian organization and the Group. This initial period will also give him the opportunity to meet all teams in Italy and gain a deeper understanding of the company.
