Each year, Cerba HealthCare’s CSR Report highlights the initiatives implemented across the Group to contribute to a healthier, more sustainable and more responsible future.
The 2025-2026 edition has just been published. It reflects the commitment of our teams around the world to advancing our ambitions in the areas of health, environment, human capital and business ethics.
Among this year’s key achievements:
- 25% reduction in the Group’s carbon footprint over 3 years
- 21% reduction in hazardous waste in France over 2 years
- 58% of purchased electricity from renewable sources
- 42% women within our Top 200, with a target of 50% by 2030
- Integration of CSR objectives into Executive Committee compensation, an important step in further embedding these challenges into our strategy
Beyond these results, the report also highlights the many initiatives led by our teams to contribute to health for all, promote diversity and inclusion, reduce the environmental impact of our activities, strengthen responsible procurement practices and protect personal data.
This new edition illustrates the Group’s commitment to creating sustainable value for patients, employees, partners and society as a whole.
