Managing Director Cerba

Aurélie joined Cerba HealthCare in 2015. 

 

Prior to becoming CEO of Cerba in 2022, Aurélie was President of Cerballiance South Paris Region, and then Head of Asia Pacific and Global Lead of Laboratory Partnership for Cerba Research.

Aurélie is a Doctor of Pharmacy and graduated from EM Lyon business school. 

Managing Director

Philippe joined Cerba HealthCare in 2011.

 

He previously served as General Manager for the south of France region at Générale de Santé Group.

Philippe received a degree from the University Paris X and an Executive Management degree from HEC.

Chairman

Paul joined Cerba HealthCare in 2023.

 

Paul spent 30 years in management positions at Procter & Gamble, Allergan (President) and Ferring Inc (CEO).

 

He is currently a member of the board of directors of several companies around the world (LEO Pharma, HTL, Hallura) while advising private equity funds and acting as Chairman of the Board of Cerba HealthCare.

 

Paul graduated from Institut Supérieur de Commerce business school, and INSEAD in corporate governance.
