Samuel joined the Board of Cerba HealthCare in 2022.
He is Director in the investment team Bpifrance Large Cap, with fifteen years of experience in finance and private equity. Samuel is also Director at the Boards of Eutelsat, Soitec, and Crouzet, as well as financial controller at the Board of STMicroelectronics.
Samuel Dalens graduated from École Polytechnique and from Telecom Paris.
Philippe is Senior Director, Private Equity, at the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) where he leads the Consumer and Services sectors. In addition to Cerba HealthCare, Philippe is a board director of Learning Care Group, Cross Country Consulting, and United Talent Agency.
Philippe received a BBA from HEC Montreal and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Nicolas joined the Cerba HealthCare Board in 2021.
He is Partner and Head of France at EQT.
Prior to joining EQT, Nicolas worked at BCG in Paris, then at PAI Partners.
He graduated from Sciences Po Paris and HEC business school.
Julien has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, both in the public and private spheres.
He served as CEO of the Maisons de Famille group, a leading European provider of elderly care services, after holding various executive positions at GSK in France, South Korea, and at the global level. He was also Deputy CEO of the Hospices Civils de Lyon and served as an advisor to the President of the Republic on social security matters.
He joined Cerba HealthCare on June 30, 2025.
