Maria brings over 25 years of expertise in healthcare, life sciences, and clinical research. With previous business and management responsibilities at Syneos Health, ICON, PPD and IQVIA, she has a robust background in leading and growing large global operational teams in pharma and biotech services.

Maria holds a degree in Biological Sciences and has completed studies in International Public Health Policies & Programs at The George Washington University.

Nathalie joined Cerba HealthCare in 2024.

Nathalie brings over 25 years of deep expertise in finance, alongside extensive experience in management. Her background spans different markets and covers mid-size to large international companies such as Ingenico, Rio Tinto, or more recently Groupe SEB where she has heading Finance, Audit and Legal departments.

Nathalie graduated from NEOMA Business School.
