Since July 1, 2025, Matthieu has held the position of International General Manager of the Group. He oversees our subsidiaries Cerba Lancet Africa, Cerba HealthCare Belgium, Ketterthill, Cerba Path, and LifeAnalytics (ICT).

Previously, he served as Process Manager and then Operations Manager within the Group, in France and Belgium, before becoming General Manager of Cerba Lancet Africa.

He has solid experience in sales and marketing, as well as expertise in Lean Healthcare consulting.

Holding a degree in biochemistry, Matthieu further enhanced his career by earning an MBA in 2019 from IESEG Paris.

Matthieu joined Cerba HealthCare in 2011.

Stefano joined Cerba HealthCare in 2024

Stefano comes with more than 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry. He held different positions in Accenture supporting leading med tech and pharmaceutical companies in their IT strategy definition and execution. Prior to joining Cerba HealthCare and since 2017, he worked as Global CIO and Head of Business Process Management at Fresenius Kabi. Stefano brings robust expertise in IT, digital, cybersecurity and process improvement.

Stefano holds a Master degree in Management and Economics from Roma Tre University in Italy.

Julien joined Cerba HealthCare in 2024

Julien brings almost 20 years of experience in various groups with very different cultural profiles such as LVMH, Diageo, Google and more recently FNAC Darty where he held the position of Marketing Director.  This background has given him a solid understanding of the challenges of brand positioning, digital transformation and customer experience.

Julien graduated from Audencia business school.

Jean Marc joined Cerba HealthCare in 2024

Jean-Marc has worked in the public sector in France for almost 20 years, notably as Chief of Staff to a Secretary of State for Health Insurance, Deputy Director of the Caisse Nationale d'Assurance Maladie and more recently as Director of Research and Statistics at the Ministry of Social Affairs. He worked in the private sector for 10 years. Since 2019, he was Managing Director of IQVIA's French subsidiary.

Jean Marc graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE. He also holds a master's degree in Economics.

Maria joined Cerba HealthCare in 2024

Maria brings over 25 years of expertise in healthcare, life sciences, and clinical research. With previous business and management responsibilities at Syneos Health, ICON, PPD and IQVIA, she has a robust background in leading and growing large global operational teams in pharma and biotech services.

Maria holds a degree in Biological Sciences and has completed studies in International Public Health Policies & Programs at The George Washington University.

Nathalie joined Cerba HealthCare in 2024

Nathalie brings over 25 years of deep expertise in finance, alongside extensive experience in management. Her background spans different markets and covers mid-size to large international companies such as Ingenico, Rio Tinto, or more recently Groupe SEB where she has heading Finance, Audit and Legal departments.

Nathalie graduated from NEOMA Business School.
