Giuseppe Vailati Venturi joined Cerba HealthCare in 2026 as CEO of Cerba HealthCare Italia.

Prior to joining Cerba HealthCare, Giuseppe was CEO of KOS, having previously held several leadership positions in finance, development, and general management.

Giuseppe holds a degree in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan and an MBA from INSEAD.

Since July 2025, Quentin has been serving as Group Chief Transformation Officer, after joining Cerba HealthCare in January 2025 as Chief of Staff to the CEO.

Previously, he spent four years in consulting at BCG within the Private Equity team, where he worked on strategic plans, particularly in the healthcare sector.

He has strong expertise in the definition and management of strategic projects. He is a graduate of École Polytechnique and holds a master’s degree in international finance from HEC Paris.

Catherine joined Cerba HealthCare in 2025.
She brings over 30 years of experience gained at the intersection of the consumer goods industry and the pharmaceutical sector. Her career has led her to hold key positions in business development and general management at Procter & Gamble, Allergan, and later at Santen, which she joined in 2018. At Santen, she held various roles, most recently serving as General Manager for France, Benelux, and North Africa. This strong and diverse expertise is now a major asset for Cerba HealthCare.

On a personal level, she is actively involved in the nonprofit sector, particularly with Special Olympics, an organization that promotes the development of young people with intellectual disabilities through sports and works to change society’s perception of this disability.

Catherine is a graduate of ESSCA (École Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales d’Angers).
